libelektratools-dev software package provides elektra configuration store, elektratools library [development], you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libelektratools-dev
libelektratools-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libelektratools-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libelektratools-dev *
You will get with libelektratools-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
